Delete Your Account
We respect your right to control your data. You can request full deletion of your account in Synopsa: AI YouTube Summarizer (com.readeo.readeo), published by Logicode Studios, and all associated data at any time.
How to delete your account
- Send an email to support@readeo.app
- Use the subject line: "Delete my account"
- Include the Google or Apple email address you used to sign in
- Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 7 days
Data that will be deleted
- Your user account and authentication data
- Reading history
- Saved settings and preferences
- Folders
- Credit and points balances
- Usage events linked to your account
Logs of AI requests (time, cost, video or document ID) are kept for cost accounting, with your account ID removed.
Once deleted, this action cannot be undone. If you have any questions, contact us at support@readeo.app.
